Enterprise Hardware Delivery

Delivery of compliant devices supporting Windows or macOS, based on your needs, that meet relevant regulations.

Intune Enrollment

Devices arrive enrolled in Microsoft Intune – ready for management through Cloud Driven Workplace or any other Intune-based service. Requires a Microsoft 365 license with Intune (Business Premium, E3, or E5).

Hardware Support

A dedicated Service Desk for hardware support and fault reporting to manufacturers. Extended warranty coverage may vary by device type and contract length.

Repair & Replacement

Repair or replacement of defective devices at no additional cost during the contracted replacement cycle – keeping your users productive.

Lifecycle Management

Full lifecycle management from sourcing to recycling, with recommendations to optimize device usage and cost over the contracted lifetime.

Asset Portal (ITAM)

Real-time visibility through the Asset Portal with device status reports and asset tagging (EAN code, phone number, and link to itm8 Service Desk).

Good to know: DaaS requires a Microsoft 365 license with Intune (Business Premium, E3, or E5). Pricing is per device, with the unit count reconciled quarterly; the monthly cost per device is reduced by 25% once a device passes its agreed replacement cycle. Shipping for reuse handling may be charged separately. If the agreement is terminated early, the remaining months of each device's replacement cycle are invoiced.
